Cyberbikes is not responsible for the final assembly of your electric bike once it’s been dispatched and delivered to your address. You, the customer, are responsible for your bike’s final assembly and fine-tuning.
Suppose you think you do not have enough skills to complete the assembly. In that case, we strongly suggest taking your electric bike to a bicycle mechanic to execute the assembly of your bike. Of course, you’re welcome to call our shop and watch our videos for further details on assembling your electric bike.
Undelivered or damaged packages:
If the courier company advises that an item is lost or if an item is damaged, you, the customer, will need to lodge a claim through them.
You should also advise Cyberbikes that a claim has been lodged.
Under some circumstances, Cyberbikes may provide a replacement order before a claim is finalised. This decision works at the discretion of Cyberbikes.
Stolen goods after delivery:
The delivery of goods does not require a signature to receive them.
Suppose goods are stolen from the front of the customer’s property or reported as not received. In that case, Cyberbikes cannot be held liable for the event if the courier confirms (photo/scanning) that a package has been delivered.
